Physiotherapy

Active recovery, built around your body

Hands-on techniques, targeted exercise, and modern clinical tools. Physiotherapy that rebuilds strength and restores function.

The approach

Rehab that adapts as you heal

Physiotherapy combines manual work, exercise prescription, and clinical modalities. The mix shifts as you progress. Early visits lean hands-on, later ones lean active. We measure change visit by visit instead of guessing.

Short visits are fine once you’re progressing. Home programs are built to actually fit your schedule, not an idealized version of it. The goal is independence from the clinic, not a standing appointment.

What patients notice

How recovery actually shows up

Strength comes back

The movements that felt unsafe start feeling normal. You stop bracing for pain that isn't there anymore.

Mobility returns

Shoulders rotate, knees bend, hips open. Range you had stopped reaching for becomes available again.

Confidence in your body

You know what you can load, how to warm up, and what to do when something flares. Less guesswork, more control.

What to expect

From assessment to independence

The arc every patient moves through, roughly.

  1. 01

    Intake and history

How the injury happened, what's been tried, what hurts and when. The context shapes everything that comes next.

  2. 02

    Assessment

Baseline movement testing, strength screening, and pain pattern analysis. We set a starting line we can measure against.

  3. 03

    Treatment plan

Manual therapy, prescribed exercise, and modalities when indicated. You leave with a clear home program and a timeline.
